Sid has worked with global companies as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. He then worked in the Semiconductor industry in the US and China, managing the Asian operations of a PLC German company. Sid is the managing director at Saks Gloweli Consulting specializing in market entry and business development strategy. He is also a non executive director at True Wind. Sid Mewara Laurent Jacque Laurent Jacque is the Walter B. Wriston Professor of International Finance and Banking at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University) and Director of its International Business Studies Program. A recipient of four teaching awards at the Wharton School and Carlson Schools, Jacque received the James L. Paddock award for teaching excellence at the Fletcher School in 1996. He is a consultant to a number of firms in the area of corporate finance and risk management and has taught in many Management development programs including Merck, Sharp & Dohme, General Motors, Bunge and Born (Brazil), Rhone-Poulenc (France), Siam Commercial Bank (Thailand), Daewoo (South Korea), General Electric, Dupont de Nemours, Norwest Bank, Bangkok Bank (Thailand), INSEAD, Pechiney, Petrobras, and the IFC (World Bank). Laurent Jacque is a graduate of HEC (Paris) and received his MA, MBA and PhD from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). He is a non executive director at True Wind Thomas Pedder Bispham Sr. Tom Sr. graduated from University of Pennsylvania. He is a senior banking and finance professional with vast experience in project finance, investment banking/M&A, structured & leveraged Finance amongst others. He has held several senior position as COO at JP Morgan Asia Pacific, MD at Peregrine Investments, Managing Director at Bear Stearns for Project Finance and Principal at Fieldstone Capital. Stephen has worked in Japan as a consultant for an engineering firm before he moved to China for Maersk. Where worked as senior management in logistics and supply chain for clients like General Electric, Walmart, Ikea and Target Corporation. Stephen is a Project management/Supply Chain and logistics management consultant at Saks Gloweli. Olivier Jacque Olivier holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is enrolled at the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he will pursue a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy. Prior to joining True Wind Consulting, Olivier worked for Lazard Alternative Investments, a real estate private equity fund based in New York City and was responsible for identifying strategic acquisition, disposition and recapitalization opportunities. Olivier is a Banking and Finance consultant at Saks Gloweli Consulting and Senior Director at True Wind Consulting Richard Zou Richard is a practicing qualified attorney with a law degree from Zhongshan University and further degrees from CSRC and a Securities qualification from Fudan University. He has worked a number of Global banking clients in China with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate. Richard is a Partner at Zhonglun Law firm and a Consultant at Saks Gloweli for Tax and Corporate law. Steve Pistono Steve Pistono holds an MBA from Wharton Business School at University of Pennsylvania University. He has extensive senior and executive management experience in the US and in China having worked in manufacturing and project management. Steve has also worked lately in private equity in China and his current focus is on turnaround management, restructuring and M&A advisory. He moved to Shenzhen, China in 2006 to launch Asian operations for a US-based firm, delivering supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 clients. He has developed performance-based training programs in China, and has studied the evolution of cross-cultural management in Asia. Doug previously served as Vice President at Marsh and McLennan. Doug is a Project management and Supply Chain consultant at Saks Gloweli and a non-executive director at True Wind Doug Mennely Thomas Bispham Thomas Bispham is from the US and has lived in China/HK for the past 15 years. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Political Science. He is a graduate of the Cornell University FALCON Program (Asian Languages) where he focused on written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. His professional career has been spent entirely in Greater China where he worked at RT Sourcing Ltd. in varied management roles from sales, merchandising, and structuring tenders for major North American clients to operations and systems development. Tom then joined the Li & Fung Group as an Operations Manager. He is a Director at True Wind Consulting Alexander Orr Alex holds a BSFS from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. Prior to joining True Wind Consulting, Alex worked as a consultant for Oliver Wyman, a Management Consulting firm based in New York where he worked in risk management and project strategy for Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, both in the U.S. and internationally. While at Oliver Wyman, Alex participated in a long-term post-merger integration project for a multi- national banking conglomerate, where he advised on improving operations and developing communication processes and networks across departments. He is a director at True Wind Consulting. S. Christopher Jaramillo Chris holds a BA from Trinity College. Prior to joining True Wind Consulting, Chris held a position at a luxury boutique firm based out of Boston, Massachusetts. He was responsible for creative marketing endeavors and product design. He was also responsible for account and relationship management, and retains an ownership stake in the enterprise. Chris is a director at True Wind Consulting
