11 Have you read the story of Pinocchio? It is said to be heartwarming. However, have you thought of how terrible it was to find a piece of wood that wept and talked like a child? Complete the passage on the next page with the above pattern and the sentences given in the box. The passage will tell you how Mastro Antonio, the old carpenter, felt when he found the piece of wood.
