Delegate: The delegate of (Name of the country) propose a motion to seth the agenda on topic (A or B)

Delegate: The delegate of (Name of the country) propose a motion to open the speaker´s list with a time extension of (time) NOTE: Delegate has to give the time

[Any delegate raise its placard]… seems not, the delegate of (name of the country) is recognize to speak in floor of this floor for (time of the Speaker´s list). (brief preamble)  In an extraordinary session of questions…  The brief preamble is used during a “point of personal privilege” Moderator: Delegate of (Name of the country that makes the question) establish. Delegate: Point of personal privilege Moderator: Establish Delegate: to establish a brief preamble Moderator: make it brief delegate [Delegate makes the brief]
