2 American Studies: Brendan/Dan So Saturday I hosted the (low- turn-out) debate, and it was mad fun. Further events include a movie night, hosted by the AMA and grad students, date TBA. Another event will be a roundtable discussion on the upcoming election in 2012! (its always election season in the U.S) Exam Prep Sessions will also be held, date TBA.

3 Geography: Shirley/Kevin 1) Speaker on Thursday (Tomorrow!) Who: Dr. Valerie Preston (York University Director) What: Going Local: Canadian Immigration Policy in a Neoliberal and Neoconservative Era. When: 7:30pm SSC Rm. 2024 All are welcome! 2) Geography Talent Show When: 12:30pm-3pm Friday November 25, 2011 Where: SSC Rm 2333 Proceeds go to United Way. $2 to attend, and $2 for food. If you want to perform, e-mail Angelica! 3) Geography Bar Night! When: Tentative date, Fri. Dec 2. Where: TBA All are welcome. Free food, no cover, amazing shirts. More detail to come. 4) Recent GSA meeting: talked about geo merch, field trip, wine&cheese, stay tuned!

6 Psychology The WPA is having its annual wine and cheese on the 28 th of November at the wave from 7pm-9pm.

7 Sociology: Ryan/Jasmine Sociology wine & cheese/student professor social: Thursday dec 1 5pm-7pm at the Wave Also doing a sock drive at the event. Guests are invited to donate socks!
