Funding amount and number of funded vehicles will be capped at original funded project scope unless changes in the project scope and number of vehicles results in equal or greater emission benefits and no additional costs. 2. Over time, if a project scope changes, NCTCOG staff will rescore projects using the original scoring process and criteria. 3. Staff administration funds will be used to manage or administer selected projects, potentially audit funded projects, revise and rescore changes in project scopes, and administer any remaining funds through minimum required project operation time (i.e. 2014). 4. Recommend approval of staff recommended projects. 5. Approval of the addition of these projects to the Metropolitan and Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (as needed basis).
