5. In-Class  Discuss the implications of making an inaugural address during a time of war.  Create a bullet-point précis pre-write  Write a paragraph comparing and contrasting Obama’s 2002 rebuttal to Bush and Obama’s 2009 inaugural address. Use a quote from each text to support your analysis.
