2. Introduction to Telecommuting Opportunity is to help out the organization and employee money situation by implementing a new way of work. The strategy that I am recommending is the use of Telecommuting. Telecommuting can be beneficial in many ways (as later on discussed).

15. Recommendation As you could see from the positive and negative impacts, Telecommuting would be a great help to everyone. Will impact organizations as more of a positive affect rather then a negative one from what benefits we looked at. I came to this viewpoint as it was more of a help to everyone and including the community. It can save money at all aspects if used correctly.
