7 Student Life & Facilities Committee Home Capital Projects Housing club house & pool – project completed and occupied Elevated parking deck – facility ready for use with 535 stalls, 4 levels Student assembly center – consultant agreement executed, design documents started, construction documents are 85% complete. Construction depends on availability of funds Skinner Jones Hall North and South – space allocation expected in January. Construction costs limited to $24,000,000 to stay within BOG’s approval

8 Student Life & Facilities Committee Home Capital Projects Capital Projects (cont’d) Repurpose aquatics center – project calls for filling existing pool, converting space for several courts and bringing building up to current code Library Commons – 2 nd floor carpeting is complete and furniture in place, work started on 1 st floor, wiring for data and electrical in place but not energized NCAA competition pool – funds available for design, construction pending availability of future funding, schematics submitted and consultant asked to justify anticipated cost Math Emporium – schematic complete, construction documents 60% complete, space scheduled for occupancy fall 2015
