4 Required Certified Trainer Documentation  Use Sage Certified Course Curriculum  Have each student complete  Student Evaluation Form  A Student Sign-in Sheet  Both documents can be found via the Certified Trainer Web Site: http://sagesoftware.com/education/CT/Default.htm login: trained password: toteach  Submit at the end of each month to Sage Software, Inc. 56 Technology Irvine CA 92618 Note: MIP CT Program Only –sign-in sheets & evaluations must be sent to Austin, 5 days after class.

5 Certified Trainer Renewal Process  Certified Trainer Program is an annual program that expires on March 31 st of each year  Renewal notices will be sent 60 days in advance of the expiration  Renewal rates are based upon the number of teaching days and purchase date of the original trainer curriculum  For example, MAS 90 Core Applications – 4 day class  Renewal rate is 80% of the original trainer curriculum purchase price or $320.00  Renewal ensures the ability to order the curriculum for that particular class and on-going automatic trainer curriculum updates as new versions are released  At time of renewal, Sage may require a class and/or product assessment

6 10 Tips for Engaging Your Students 1.Encourage Questions from Everyone  Prepare a “Questions” flip chart 2.Add Spice to your Handouts  Use colors/markers 3.Get the Wheels Spinning  Hand out brainteasers 4.Train with Toys  Use props 5.Eliminate Interruptions  Cell phones off!

7 10 Tips for Engaging Your Students 6.Get the Blood Flowing  Give plenty of bio breaks 7.Save Time with Overviews  Provide pre-class handouts/manuals 8.Involve the Sense of Hearing  Play music at breaks 9.Involve the Sense of Taste  Food motivates! 10.Take Care of Yourself  Prepare a “survival bag”

12 NPS Update:  Curriculum updated for version 7.0 – in production now!  No interim update for version 7.1 curriculum, however, 7.1 updates will be included in the workshop trainer tools  Trainer Tools updated by 12/31/05  Order sheets updated by 12/2/05  Year End curriculum available to order after January 6 th  Certified Trainer Shirts Update  Schedules – Need your January/February Dates by December 9 th.  Next Certification class for new CT’s 2/28/06 – 3/1/06

15 Certification for New Certified Trainers Want to Certify Another SalesLogix Trainer? Certification for New SalesLogix Certified Trainers  February 7-8, 2006  Scottsdale AZ Training Facility  Day 1 – Presentation Skills  Day 2 – End User and Admin Trainer Certification Class  $800 fee for End User and Admin certification  Includes 13 months of certification  Certification current until 3/31/07  Send trainer name and company name to Janet Moore at janet.moore@sage.com

17 Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Update  Releasing Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 4.10 Trainer Curriculum December 1st through December 5 th  Existing CTs must attend the 4.10 Partner Workshop and successfully pass the 4.10 assessment prior to receiving the new 4.10 trainer curriculum  Student curriculum will be available starting December 19 th  4.0 Student curriculum will no longer be available once we begin shipping 4.10

18 Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Update  4.10 Customer Workshop Curriculum  Available for ordering now!  CTs must meet 4.10 Trainer Re-Certification Requirements (as describe in previously slide)  4.10 Library Master ( 1day) and General Ledger (1 day) Customer Workshop– requires Core Trainer Certification Status  4.10 Accounts Receivable and Sales Order Customer Workshop – 1 day –Distribution Trainer Certification Status  4.10 Customer Workshop Trainer Kit contains curriculum for all three classes

19 Sage MAS 500 Update  Sage MAS 500 7.0 Trainer Curriculum is now available  Existing CTs must attend the 7.0 Partner Workshop and successfully pass the 7.0 assessment prior to receiving the new 7.0 trainer curriculum  Student material will begin shipping on December 12 th  7.0 Workshop material will may be purchased by current CTs for the purpose of training customers on 7.0

20 Additional Updates  Sage BusinessWorks 6.0  Trainer curriculum to ship on December 16 th  Student curriculum to ship on December 30 th  Sage PFW 5.0  Trainer curriculum to ship mid-January 2006  Student curriculum to ship late-January 2006  Exact dates to be communicated directly to CTs
