9. 2009 Conference Questionnaire From the results over the past 5 years, networking, user presentations and the Sage product update are the main reasons for attending Most people who attended the event have been members for more than 2 years Fewer people asked to speak to Sage at the ‘clinic’ slots – only 4 this year Majority still believe the event should be annual and remain a two day event

10. 2009 Conference Comments As usual, a very well run event and a trip well worth it for the networking and social aspects It was good to see the progress that Sage have made with developing the new version and how they are listening to the user groups requirements and comments Cracking conference, and the focus groups in particular were very useful Terrific venue and very well organized, well done
