11 WHATS IS THE BEST DEPLOTMENT MODEL FOR LIBREN?  Model 1 – LibREN build its own networks  Model 2 - Lease the infrastructure  Model 3 - Lease dark fiber where providers owning all transmission equipments.  Model 4 - Purchase capacity or bandwidth from service providers

13 CONCLUSIONS  Awareness about the benefits of LibREN is highly required (workshops, tv programs, etc…)  Wealthy resource (Fiber optic infrastructure) must be exploited properly for the benefit of academics, industry and for the benefit of citizens in general  LibREN steering committee must be formed very soon to guide the project  LibREN will be a major asset for the Libyan economic growth and prosperity  It will be a source of much Internet innovation, that would benefit the whole society  LibREN have just started and it will be around very soon
