For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again. 2 Cor 5:14-15

A commitment to worship

What helps you to worship God? A commitment to worship

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, through the mercies of God, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, consecrated and pleasing to God – your spiritual worship. And you must not continue to be shaped by the pattern of this age; but rather you must be transformed by the renewal of your mind, in order that you yourselves might discern what is God’s will, his good and pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:1-2

Romans 12:1-2 A Commitment to worship

The wages of sin is death … Romans 6:23

The wages of sin is death … … but the (free) gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! Romans 5:9

If we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. Romans 6:8

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful humanity to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in human flesh, in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. Romans 8:1-4

The creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. Romans 8:19-21

Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! “Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counsellor?” “Who has ever given to God, that God should repay them?” For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Romans 11:33-36
