The amount of baking time and preparation time you have will be enough for 25 cakes. You can bake as many different types of cakes or sausage rolls as you like and will be able to sell everything you bake (nobody knows YOU baked them!)

You will be given a sheet detailing the price people are willing to pay for one of Bessie’s cakes.
