5. The proposed project Coz of discrimination of resources ICT literacy has not passed to the villages far faraway. The situation in Batuwangala isn’t much better. Through evillage ICT and English literacy can be up brought.

6. Methodology and key activities. ISP provider will be acknowledged. Through CBOs villagers will be acknowledged. The attitude about school and ICT will be discussed in public in order to have a sense about their level people. Presentations will be done by senior students with occasions where people gather in the village for their folk activities.
