2 Payment Scheme Terms of Payment in Cash 1Outright Cash12% of the TCP 2Within 15 calendar days 10% of the TCP 3Within 16-30 calendar days 8% of the TCP 4Within 31-60 calendar days 6% of the TCP 5Within 61-90 calendar days 4% of the TCP 1. Cash Discount Shall be granted to the full payment of the net selling price, if paid under the following schedules:

In-house Financing Construction deposit of P 50,000.00 representing miscellaneous and processing fee 40% Down payment payable in three (3) months without interest 60% Balance payable in five (5) years at 18% interest rate fixed for the first year and based on the prevailing interest rates for the succeeding years Note: Amount of loan is based on the capacity to pay of the borrower and the appraised value of the collateral whichever is lower. IL JUNE Construction allows a Second Real Estate Mortgage (REM) equivalent to 5% of net TCP or 50% of Equity whichever is lower.

4 Bank Financing Terms of Payment through Bank Financing 1Construction deposit of P 50,000.00 representing miscellaneous and processing fee. 230% Estimated down payment less Construction deposit is payable in three (3) months without interest. 370% Estimated Bank loan payable in 5 to 15 years at 12.5% estimated fixed interest for the first year and based on the prevailing interest for the succeeding years. Note: Amount of loan is based on the capacity to pay of the borrower and the appraised value of the collateral whichever is lower.
