4 In Office bleaching  Teeth are isolated (RD, Resin stops)  Higher % peroxide applied  Heat, Light or laser enhanced

5 2. At home bleaching in TRAY  At home bleaching is done in a custom vinyl bleaching tray  Thin line of gel applied to facial surfaces anterior + 1 st premolar

Post op instructions  Removal of the Trays  Remove bleaching trays and rinse your mouth with warm water to remove the gel.  To remove gel from trays, rinse with warm water and clean with a toothbrush.  Wait one hour after bleaching before eating or drinking, as teeth are most susceptible to re-staining immediately after tray removal.  Store your wet trays in the box provided.

9 MICS INFO  Discoloration of the Teeth  What causes discoloration of the teeth?  Teeth enamel discoloration can be caused by staining, aging, or chemical damage to teeth. Some of the more common causes of teeth discoloration are medications, coffee, tea or cigarettes. People who drink significant amounts of soda drinks can experience similar staining.
