28 For Swimmers: Take a shower before swimming. Don’t swim when you have diarrhea.

29 For Parents:  Take kids on bathroom breaks.  Change diapers in bathroom, not poolside.  Wash baby bottoms thoroughly.

30  “Buddy up!”  Get skilled.  Know your limits.  Swim in safe areas only. Swimming Smarts  Watch the sun.  Getting too cool.  Alcohol and water never mix.
