6. Write for Texas Write for Texas will continue in the 2015 ‒ 2016 school year. The initiative has expanded to include all education service centers, National Writing Project of Texas sites, and the 50 largest districts. Online PD and resources continue to be available at no cost to all districts and individual educators.Online PD and resources 6

7. Write for Texas The PEG writing ® program is serving approximately 50 districts and 50,000 students during the 2014 ‒ 2015 school year. The program will continue to be available at no cost for the 2015 ‒ 2016 school year and will grow to include new districts. Interested districts may contact PEG writing ® to learn more. 8. RtI for Reading and Writing Webinars TEA is preparing to launch an RtI app in summer 2015. The app provides guidance for administrators and teachers in reading, writing, math, and behavior.
