3. Survive to compete another day Cascade Conference Championships 45 athletes competed (9 more than 2008 and 12 more than 2007). Girls – 5 th place Boys – 4 th place 4 Conference Champions Adam Candland (400m) Jackson Pleis (High Jump) Freddie Stevens (Shot put) Boys 4x400.

4. Survive to compete another day Northwest District Championships 29 athletes competed (1 more than 2008 & 5 more than 2007). Girls – 10 th place. Boys – 6 th place. District Champion – Adam Candland (400m)
