1 Drive-By Shakespeare Performance!!! Friday, October 31st Performance Grading Criteria: Characterization The characters are exceptionally clear, well developed, and believable. Voice: Projection and Use of Shakespearean Language Throughout the scene, student’s voices were loud and clear. It was easy to hear and understand their dialogue. Students demonstrated proper Shakespearean Language. Engagement Students perform with energy, intensity, focus, and commitment.

Tuesday, May 21st Performance Grading Criteria: Communication / Relationship The characters were connected, relationships between characters were clear, and timing/pacing created dramatic tension. Costumes/Props At least one costume piece and one prop were used allowing students to help shape their character. Memorization The scene was fully memorized and the lines flowed naturally from the actor.
