12 Carefrontation : Caring enough to tell the truth about how we feel, what we need or want and setting boundaries.

13 Silliness (laughing instead of crying)

14 These eight feelings are the key to relationships and windows into our hearts.

15 When we are safe enough and willing to respect; and we can trust and be honest about how we feel we experience emotional intimacy.

16 Lying and Hiding (the first signs of relapse)

17 Wounds and Confrontation (the reason for psychotherapy)

18 Wants (negotiable) Needs (gotta have it)

19 Codependency Whenever we place another person, place or thing ahead of our needs and give away whatever we need for what place, person, or thing wants or needs
