3 SOUTH MAIN STREET

4 Table of Uses Commercial and Industrial Uses In some areas of the Light Industrial (M-1) zoning districts with frontage on both North and South Main Streets, certain commercial uses are allowed and are depicted as Y* in the table of uses. This means that the uses are allowed in the M-1 zones with frontage on North and South Main Streets and not more than 500 feet back from the centerline for properties on South Main Street. Similarly, in some areas of the Business (B) zoning district with frontage on South Main Street, certain Industrial uses are allowed and are depicted as Y** in the table of uses. This means that those uses are allowed in the B zone only with frontage on South Main Street south of Meadow Drive.

8 DIFFERENCES IN USES ALLOWED This table contains only the differences between the Business and Light Industry districts as far as uses allowed and a third column showing proposed uses allowed in the new Business Corridor District.
