Central Corridor Development Guidebook - Summarizes City policies/design guidelines for TOD and includes business “tips for success.” TOD Project Manager – professionals with private development experience providing city support to developers

11 Early market analysis (2007 – 2008) Plan for what the market can support. LRT will accentuate the market somewhat, and may tip the scales to make a project feasible, but doesn’t create market demand by itself. Changing! Development faces near-term challenges (high land costs, cost of structured parking, low rents). Market strength/viability moves from west (strongest) to east (weakest) Residential most likely to be feasible first. TRUE!
