3.  You will need: Raspberries (125 g)Cream (60cl) Strawberries (500 g) Meringue (150 g ) Icing sugar (2 tablespoons)Sugar (2 tablespoons)

4. WWash the strawberries and the raspberries. DDice the strawberries AAdd 2 tablespoons of sugar on the diced fruit, mix and reserve the time to prepare the rest

5. CCrush the meringue into pieces WWhisk the cream. When it starts to rise, add the icing sugar and finish to beat until the cream is whipped. YYou can also use a siphon to do the whipped cream

6. DDivide this preparation into glasses or small bowls. AAdd the strawberries AAdd the meringues AAdd the raspberries AAdd the whipped cream YYou can add some strawberry syrup if you want…
