Lansing Central School District District Goals 1.5 year graduation rate of 90%. - 4 year graduation rate for class of 2014 is 93.9% 2.Increase proficiency rates by 5% over last year for grades 3-8 NYS ELA and Math exams and by 2-4% for Regents Exams. (Waiting for results) 3.Decrease in students failing 1 or more courses by 20%. - Share data dashboard. 4.80% of students will read on or above grade level in grades K-4. - 83% of students reading at or above grade level 5.Increase the number of grades 5-12 students reporting on two statements to 75% by 2014.
