MTSS is the principal USMC mission support contract providing training services for the functional and technical support necessary to plan, prepare, and execute USMC individual, unit and staff training events; modeling and simulation support; Combined Arms Staff Training, doctrine support; and C2 sustainment training to principally USMC operational forces. The support provided by the MTSS contract is in conjunction with USMC specific training, and Combatant Command sponsored Joint, Combined, and Coalition exercises. The MTSS contract supports training at multiple USMC designated CONUS and OCONUS training sites. Contractor SME support services include but are not limited to: supporting training events employing current fielded modeling and simulation systems; the operation of designated information systems (and follow-on versions thereof); and the development of supporting training documentation and Plans of Instruction. 1 st Qtr FY15 Contract Award 3 rd Qtr FY14 RFP Release SeaPort-e Trade-off Analysis – Best Value 1 st Qtr FY15 to 1 st Qtr FY18 PM TRASYS Phone: 407-381-8762 Email: pmtrasys@usmc.milpmtrasys@usmc.mil ~$72M (~$24M/year) Serco, Inc.
