2. HYDRADVANCE INTENSIVE TREATMENT
FUNCTION

Treatment Preparation
-Put 1 Hydra-Revealer Coin Mask in a small dish with 2 tsp of Ultra Hydration Nectar. (turn it over before treatment begins to fully soak)
-Prepare the Ultra Hydration Mask: mix 1 mask sachet with 2 Tbs of Ultra Hydration Nectar.
CLEANSER/TONER
Bi-phased Eye Make-up Remover, appropriate cleanser and lotion according to the skin type
Phase 1: EXFOLIATE
Hydra-Exfoliating Scrub( BHA-grafted serine &Tapioca= chemical & mechanical action) removes impurities & restores suppleness to skin.
Apply 1 tsp in an even layer to the face and neck in effleurage movements.
Leave for 5 minutes. During this waiting time massage the shoulders /back of neck.
To remove – place towel behind the back of the neck and perform circular movements working from the base of the neck to
the forehead. Eliminate final residues with warm towel and tone.

Remove compress from the face, place it on the neck and carry out smoothing with pressure with the thumbs on the face.
Remove the compress from the neck and massage in the remaining of the product with a succession of deep smoothing movements on
face and neck.

Apply ½ a Tbs to face, neck, décolleté and shoulders, perform a relaxing massage for 10 to 15 minutes.
Option - before preparing the mask, position the Sothys Instant Heaters on the trapezius area or down the spine. Do not
allow the heaters to directly touch uncovered skin, protect with a towel.

Using the Anti-aging Analysis Chart – determine the grade of aging in order to customize the facial protocol.
CLEANSER / TONER
Biphased Eye Make-up Remover, cleanser and toner appropriate to the skin type
PHASE 1
EXFOLIATION
Mineral Microdermabrasion: (Volcanic rock, mineral cocktail of Mg, Zn, Cu, Ca, Salicylic acid, Kaolin and Rice starch)
Apply 1 teaspoon in an even layer to the face and neck. Perform gentle circular movements for up to 1 minute.
Leave for 5 minutes. During this waiting time massage the shoulders /back of neck.
To remove – place tissues behind the back of the neck and perform circular movements working from the base of the neck to the forehead. Eliminate final residues with damp sponges / warm towel and tone.
PHASE 2
FILL THE WRINKLES
Replenish Serum: (Hyaluronic acid, Rye derivative) “injection like” effect to plump wrinkles from inside Apply serum in the groove of each wrinkle and expression line on the face & neck. Apply a full ½ teaspoon either directly from the tube or with fingertips. Perform the specific firming and tonifying movements on the face, neck and décolleté. Grade 1& 2 repeat each movement 3x for Grade 3 & 4 repeat 5x

RE-PLUMPING
Massage Balm Digi-Esthétique® (with Omega- H2CR™): (H2CR™ complex –messenger peptides & anti-oxidants, Flax complex) plumps, nourishes, redensifies the skin 1½ teaspoons. Perform a relaxing massage for 10 to 15 minutes
PHASE 5
LIFTING
Collagen Mask: (Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen, Almond biofibers, Madder root, Carob seed, Genip) instantly smoothes wrinkles, regenerates & repairs the skin Place contents of one packet of the Collagen Mask in a bowl. Measure 40ml (2 TBS & 2 teaspoons) of tepid water and to it add the specific quantity of the Smoothing Solution & Revitalizing Solution.
Mix water + both solutions with the mask powder. With a spatula or brush, apply half of the mix on the face and neck in even layer. Place the gauze on top and apply the rest of the mask on top of the gauze.

Mineral microdermabrasion is a 3 step active tonic peeling.
Microdermabrasion with pumice. Rhyolite is extracted in the Mediterranean Sea in the volcanic archipelago of the Aeolian Islands off Sicily.
Rhyolite is an excellent abrasive and enables tonic microdermabrasion. Combined with massage, rhyolite particles stimulate microcirculation.
The second step is a chemical peeling with salicylic acid. The amount of salicylic acid as been optimized to be together safe and active. I remember you the way salicylic acid acts :

a) Place 2 cotton rounds on the eyes, use the 3rd to remove lipstick. Remove eye make-up with the cotton rounds on the eyes. Place the half-moons under the eyes, wipe down lashes several times with Q-tips to remove mascara.
b) With circular movements, apply warm Crystal Make-up Removing Balm to neck, then chin, cheeks and forehead. Perform circular movements on the face & neck for 1 min. Remove with a warm towel OR moist wipes using the Sothys folding method – start with the eye contours, forehead, cheeks, oval of the face, neck & décolleté.
c) Using 2 tissue, folded according to the Sothys method, apply Evanescent Milky Lotion starting with eye contours, forehead, cheeks, oval of the face, neck & décolleté.

Apply 1 ½ tsp Pearl and Water-lily precious Scrub to face & neck with outward circular movements, start at neck working to forehead. Continue with rotation movements using folded fingers over the face & neck 2 – 3 times. Leave to act for 5 min.
Perform massage on back of neck & shoulders with ½ tsp Digi-Esthétique Voluptuous Modelling.
Massage excess scrub for 1 min. Emulsify with water, remove with moist wipes. Remove remaining grains with a large, soft, powder brush.

TREATMENT MASK

Take ½ tsp for each eye and apply to the eye area avoiding the eye lid. Perform gentle circular movements for 1 – 2 minutes. Remove excess with damp cotton / sponges.
RELAXATION
Modeling Cream Gel Immediate and long-lasting hydration, softening, increasing the skin’s elasticity, diminishes wrinkles (Moisturizing Complex of sodium hyaluronate and olive squalane, silicon derivative).
Apply ½ tsp and perform the specific massage for the eye contour area for 10 min.
MASK
Coolness Mask Increases the micro-circulation, revitalizes, stimulates the skin, softens (Palmaria Palmata algae, Ginseng, Cornflower).
Apply 1 ½ tsp to the eye contour in a thick layer and work it with the finger tips for 1 minute.
Soothing Lotion Refreshing, anti-inflammatory, healing (Cucumber, Cornflower, Chamomile).
Pour 2 capfuls of the Soothing Lotion onto a folded Freshness Compress and place it on the eye area on top of the Coolness Mask.
Leave for 10 minutes. Remove excess product with damp sponges and dry the skin.

13. DETOXIFYING, DE-STRESSING INSTITUTE TREATMENT FOR MEN
FUNCTION
To detoxify, cleanse, hydrate, fight aging and induce relaxation & a deep sense of well being.
PRE -RELAXATION
Relaxing Modeling Oil.. Relieves nervous and muscular tensions (Essential oils - Frankincense & Black Pepper).
Relaxing massage of the upper back, neck and shoulders for 5 minutes with ½ tsp.
Tonic Hair Lotion. Refreshing, healthy scalp and hair (Apple vinegar, Biotine, D-Panthenol, Ginseng). It leaves the hair soft, radiant and well protected.
Apply to the hair and scalp and perform a scalp massage for 5 minutes with ½ tsp.
CLEANSING
Detoxifying Active Cleanser Gently cleanses, purifies and soothes the skin. (Sepitonic, PhytoMalt, LipoBisabolol).
Apply 1/3 tsp of cleanser onto a wet skin. Gently emulsify the skin with wet fingertips until it lathers. Rinse with sponges. Repeat 2 more times until it is completely removed.

Hot towel – apply relaxing pressures over the towel.
DEEP CLEANSING
Detoxifying Soft Peeling Soft deep cleansing emulsion with non aggressive nylon grains for an efficient and gentle exfoliation.
Under steam, apply 1 tsp on wet skin of the face and neck. Gently massage with circular motions. Remove with damp sponges. Emulsify and rinse 2 to 3 times until it is completely removed.
Extraction of blackheads if necessary.
Second hot towel – apply relaxing pressures over the towel.
TREATMENT
Age-Defying Modeling Cream Helps fight against external aggressions, protects from signs of aging, soothes leaving the skin soft and radiant (Gatuline®, Sepitonic, Phytomalt, Macadamia nut oil, Essential Oil Complex, shea butter).
Apply 1 ½ tsp and perform a relaxing massage of face, neck and shoulders for 10 to 15 minutes.
MASK
Peel-off Mask For a radiant skin full of vitality (Ginseng and Vitamin C).
Mix one sachet of Peel-off Mask with 90 ml (3/8 cup) of tepid water. Apply it on face and neck. Leave for 10 minutes. Lift off the mask and rinse residues. Dry the skin with tissue.
PROTECTION
Hydrating Active Care Deeply hydrates and soothes the skin. Reinforces the natural protection (Infrasomes H20, Macadamia Oil, Fitoderm). Long term soothing effect (Eashave, Phytomalt).
Age Defying Active Care Anti wrinkle, firms the skin and soothes (Retinol, Matrixyl, Eashave, Phytomalt, Macadamia Oil).

[W.]+ Brightening Serum with pure vitamin C: Press the top down to break the seal in order to release the pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in the emulsion. Shake well and apply the contents of the bottle (keep 4 to 5 drops for later) to the face and neck with effleurage to help penetrate.
RELAXATION
Cristalline Modelling Cream (avocado oil, shea butter & Filagrinol, liquid crystal emulsion) 1½ teaspoon + mix the 4 to 5 drops remaining of [W.]+ Brightening Serum with pure vitamin C.
Perform a relaxing massage.
TREATMENT MASK
[W.]™+ Brightening mask (Brightening powder complex, [W]™+ complex, water lily flower and vectorized amino acid )
Apply 1½ teaspoon of the mask in an even layer to the face and neck. If desired, apply eye pads moistened with Soothing Lotion.
Leave to act for 15 minutes. Remove with warm towel or sponges.

Massage

Apply Orange Modelling Cream (Orange extracts, Shea butter) to the face, neck and décolleté.
Perform a relaxing massage for min. Protect sheet with a towel if necessary.
Pre-Mask
½ teaspoon of each
Mix the Grapefruit Vitamin Fluid (Vitamin E, F, B5) and Orange Modelling Cream (Orange extracts, Shea butter ) together and apply on the face and neck with mask brush or fingertips.
Peel-Off Mask
2 full spoons with
80-90ml of tepid water
Spoon provided in tub
Apply eye pads dampened with soothing lotion. Protect headband with tissues. Mix the Pink Grapefruit Peel-off Mask (Pink grapefruit extract & alginate) with the water. Apply all over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
Leave for minutes.
Loosen the edges and remove mask in an upwards motion.
Remove residue with damp sponges / hot towel. Tone and dry the skin.
End of treatment protection
Apply a pea size of Grapefruit Vitamin Fluid (Vitamin E, F, B5) on the face and neck.
Finish by applying the Age-Defying Eye cream and the appropriate Sothys moisturizer.
Gift to the client
Give the Grapefruit Vitamin Fluid (Vitamin E, F, B5) to the client as a gift to maintain the results of the treatment. Recommended application - each morning & evening for up 7 days. Apply before the application of a Sothys cream.
