3. EOC and FCAT  EOC Retakes are Monday, September 15, 2015  FCAT Retakes are October 6, 2015  FREE TUTORING EVERY WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 4:00 – 5:00pm

4. Senior Contract  Contract signed by all seniors and guardians ensuring that everyone understands guidelines and policies for senior year.

5. Senior Dues  Senior Dues are required by all seniors to assist the costs of senior events and activities.  $100.00 per senior due by October 31, 2014 (can make partial payments up until October 31)  Senior Dues will go towards:  Graduation tickets (5 per person)  2015 senior shirt  Senior picnic  Senior breakfast  Senior gift  Non payment forfeits participation from senior activities and events, including graduation and prom.

6. Senior Activities/Events  Senior Pictures – September 15 and 16 at the school  Senior breakfast  Senior picnic  Grad Bash  Friday, May 1, 2015  Universal Studios  Permission slips will be sent home in January Estimated cost is $130.  Cost covers ticket, transportation, and food.

7. Yearbook Pictures  Herff Jones will be at Somerset September 15 and 16  This will be the picture for the 2015 Yearbook  Directions on what to wear will be sent home next week  Please make sure your child is here on these days for their pictures. Missed senior pictures can result in your child not being in the 2015 Yearbook with their senior class.

8. Prom  Date: Mid-May?  Time and location to be determined by Prom Committee  Price: Depending on location and costs  Theme: To be determined by Prom Committee  Last year we held Prom at McDivots in Margate. The costs were $130.00 per person. Included location, meal and photographer.  Location suggests?

9. Cap and Gown…..FYI…..  You will order the cap and gown from Herff Jones.  All payment will go directly to Herff Jones.  Instructions on how to do this will be sent home later on in the school year.

10. Graduation  Seniors last day of school is May 22, 2015  Date of Graduation Ceremony: Friday, May 29, 2015  Time of Graduation Ceremony: 7:30pm  Seniors must arrive by 6:30pm  Location of Graduation Ceremony: Fields behind the school  Tickets: Each family will receive 5 tickets with the option to purchase an additional 5 tickets for $5.00 each.

11. Yearbook  Yearbooks are $40.00  Buy a dedication page for your child  Dedication page payment and information due by January 30, 2015  You will email or send in the pictures you want, choose the size page you want, and write the message you want on your page  Let me know if you want this to be kept secret from your loved one  Forms will be sent home with the Senior Contract

12. Yearbook  Senior Quote – Please assist your child to come up with an appropriate quote that will represent them in the 2015 Yearbook.  Quote forms will be sent home with the Senior Contract

13. Fundraisers  To keep costs lost…we would like to hold different fundraisers to assist prom expenses. The more money we raise to go towards prom, the less money each ticket will cost.  Ideas  Dances ($5.00 per student)  Concessions and baked goods sold in the morning  Please donate such items to Miss Sparks. You will receive parent volunteer hours and we can sell each item for $1.00 and donate the money to Prom.  Car Wash  The last Friday of each month. Open to teachers, parents, and the public.
