Squalicum Creek Park Phase III Hi. I am Jonathan Schilk, Landscape Architect with Bellingham Parks and Recreation. I’m here to present Squalicum Creek Park Phase Three grant package. Phase Three will provide more programmed games for 2,700 underserved city residents who play youth baseball (ages 13 & 14) and adult softball. The grant package of $2.8 million includes a ball field, ball field lighting, a restroom building, parking area, walkways and watermain.
