4. Logon to Blackboard and course for exam. Check the announcement. STOP HERE, - Do not logon to the exam until a proctor prompts you to do so. 8. Troubleshooting After you have clicked on the exam, if you see a blank screen –power off, wait for couple of minutes and then restart the computer. Log back on to Blackboard and access your exam. After you have clicked on the exam, if you see access denied message –Close this window (click on the red X button located on upper left corner). Click on the exam again. If you see script errors (by clicking on Save button) that asks you if you want to continue running scripts –Click on “Yes” to continue. –And if this is followed by a question “do you want to submit your answers”; click on No (unless you are ready to submit your complete exam) If you see any type of debugging error message –Click on “No”.
