Submit completed Forms DA8A and DA8A.03 to Mr. Johann de Goede, 4 th floor, Albany House, Durban. Rule 8.04 & 8.05– Submission of Cargo Reports, format and content. Submit cargo reports electronically in the format specified in the annexures to the SARS EDI User Manual # Rule 8.08 – Outturn Reports.COSTCO # –.
