13 Reasons for Program Guidelines This is a collaborative program between Virginia 4-H and the VCE-MG program.  This is a collaborative program between Virginia 4-H and the VCE-MG program. VCE-MGs have a strong image based upon a secure foundation of 50 hours of training and 50 hours of community education. 22 Golden Ray Series sm  Designed to be completed in shorter period of time  Youth can receive “Golden Ray Series sm ” medals and a JMG sm program certificate  Excellent for camps/summer programs or classrooms with a couple weeks for a gardening study

23 JMG Camp Certification  Complete any 12 JMG level one individual or group activities  as well as one Life Skills/Career Exploration activity  and one Service Learning/Leadership project.  Youth can receive a Golden Ray Series JMG Camp certificate and a JMG Camp medal
