Civilian Residency: Participants will be promoted to Captain and receive an Educational Delay for the residency training period. No sponsorship is given during the civilian residency. Upon completion of residency training active duty orders will be issued. 71-92% first time board pass rate Military Residency: Participants will be promoted to Captain, be assigned as a active duty Soldier to a U.S. Army Medical Hospital in a Graduate Medical Education program. 11 teaching hospitals; 25 specialties; 68 residencies; 57 fellowships 95% first time board pass rate 100% pass rate for 14 specialties last 5 years Medical Resident 3 to 7 years, at Military or Civilian Residency programs
