Frequently, when there is no feedback, individuals become aware of problems and blind spots only after it is too late to correct them. Prism lets a ministers hear from all corners of their ministry. Prism is focused on development, not evaluation. Prism data should be confidential and the participant given a high level of control over how it is used. Why Prism

The facilitator works with the participant to understand the data and create a development plan based on the information the participate has learned. The data belong to the participant and is only shared with others by the participant.

22 NACBA Press® Phill Martin Next Steps Tomorrow you will receive the intro with two hyperlinks. First link will take you to the setup screen. When you have entered your raters and clicked on submit your raters will receive an within a few minutes. Second link is a hyperlink that will take you to your self survey. It will take about 20 minutes to complete. Like all surveys it is best to go with your first and immediate response. October 11 we will push out the invitation to the beta group. You should prepare them for this and to select their rater groups. October 18 you will receive your personal report and Dr Dan Pryor will lead you through a facilitators’ training.
