9. Number of Children in DFCS Custody During SFY 2008  The number of children in DFCS custody decreased by 1,411 during State Fiscal Year 2008

10. Foster Care Entries & Exits SFY 2008  During SFY 2008, more children exited care than entered.

11.  Slight decrease in the number of cases in DFCS custody from August to September. However, there has been an 11% decrease from September 2007 and a 16% decrease from September 2006.
