1 1 Effort Reporting Workgroup Update  ERS Forum Training Session  First ERS Forum sessions were held last week with attendance of over 200 total individuals from campus  Developed to meet the need for training at all levels, based on feedback from campus, and to provide a forum for communication for ERS Coordinators and Fund managers with effort reporting responsibilities  Goal was to reduce system, policy and training barriers to 100% on-time completion as well as provide information and tools for success  Provided a demo and overview of the new ERS Detail report which will be available to assist with effort reporting by quickly verifying payroll  Presentation from the ERS Forum will be posted online at the following link for review, it also contains valuable links for further assistance: http://www.research.ucla.edu/ora/training/raf.htm http://www.research.ucla.edu/ora/training/raf.htm
