2 EMV February, 22nd 2005 About PPC PPC Card Systems GmbH – facts PPC Card-Systems is located in Paderborn, Germany since 1989 There is a second plant in Groningen in the Netherlands. 100 employees are working in card production, personalization and mailing services. Annualy 40 Mio. plastic cards are produced, personalised PPC Card-Systems is part of the Eppé-Group, France. Since 2000 PPC is together with our partner supercard on the Romanian market Over 8 Mio. plastic cards have been produced for Romania since that time.
