Customer Reviews Love this app by Tribblet Breathing in this pattern is known to be good for relaxation but it can actually be hard to do at first without assistance. Obviously you can count on your own but you may tend to change your counts to match your breath instead of the reverse. This app is simple and works perfectly for me. Find you own pace of breathing by Hollifer70776 I have panic attacks and anxiety, this wasn't helpful for me. At the pace they have you breathe it makes things worse for some reason, at least for me personally. When I downloaded I thought there would be tips or some information, when really it's just " breathe like this for 10 minutes" Get it!!! by Hotwheellover This is an awesome app!!! It really works!!!
