2 2 New Learning Management Website General Dynamics Private l New learning management website for CHQ employees ä Leveraging an existing AIS training website and vendor, to provide CHQ employees access to a wide array of online, classroom and podcast training offered by a variety of vendors. ä Employees will be able to access the system from the CHQ intranet or any computer with internet access using a User Id and password. Single sign on functionality will be implemented later this year. ä Employees will have: n 24x7 access to compliance (e.g. FCPA, Ethics) training n Online courses offered by SkillSoft (e.g. Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel) n A learning management system that can record courses to be taken and completed courses ä Users will have access to an extensive catalog of SkillSoft courses as well as GDAISU courses. As we continue to use the system, we will add CHQ specific courses.

6 6 View Learning Plan From Learning Plan, you can Register for Instructor Led Courses if they are scheduled Open Computer-Based Courses Request an Instructor-Led Course to be Scheduled Overdue items are highlighted Item Type: - Item is entirely online content - Item is entirely instructor-led - Item contains instructor-led segments and online content - Item is a physical object (i.e. book, video, etc.) General Dynamics Private

8 8 Simple Catalog Search Search by key word & select Search Use Advanced Catalog Search to search by Course ID Use Simple Catalog Search to search by key word/topic General Dynamics Private

9 9 Catalog Search – Results CBT – Go to Content (will open the CBT) Instructor Led – Not Scheduled If a course is not currently scheduled, select “Request Schedule” to notify GDAISU of your interest, and also add to your “Wish List”, or Add to Learning Plan Instructor Led – Scheduled Class Offered General Dynamics Private
