14  Overall costings - €200,000  Leader have agreed in principle to fund the project  Mayo County Council have agreed in principle to fund their part of the project (incl. foreshore licence, planning permission, structural design, tendering, etc.)  Rosmoney Pontoon Group have to come up with €25,000

15  The pontoon will be initially owned by Rosmoney Pontoon Group (this is the group that can access Leader Funding)  Ownership will be transferred to Mayo County Council after an agreed period  Mayo County Council will be responsible for the maintenance & upkeep of the pontoon – from the outset

16  We are now in the funding stage (to actually put this pontoon “in the water”)  We are looking for donations from the group of people who will benefit most – Mayo Sailing Club!  We need to raise €10,000 from Mayo Sailing Club  We plan to have this pontoon operational for the start of the 2012 season!
