3 During this time period you will …  Meet some of the faculty advisors  Learn about the curriculum required for your interest area (major)  Leave with a printed copy of your course schedule for Fall 2009 and January 2010

4 During this time period you will need …  the advisor report form that is in your folder  a course schedule booklet

5 How the course schedule booklet is organized  The Course Schedule is organized alphabetically by departments  If you have trouble finding what you want, be sure and ask someone to help you

6 Things to do before scheduling…  to see Mr. Mel Severns or Mr. Scott Tarrh if you have taken the ACT since you came to orientation  to check with representatives from the Music Department if you are at all interested in participating in a choir or ensemble or taking private lessons  if you will be participating in an inter-collegiate sport, please let your faculty advisor know which term so that your course schedule will not conflict with your sport practice or game times
