We chose to focus on the various cultural aspects which turn around food. Cultures express themselves in everyday life. And food is part of it. You’ll get to know us through our dishes and the stories we still can tell. At least, that’s our hope.
At Can Pedro. One of the most typical restaurants in Palma.
"Paletilla". Lamb shoulder. Slowly cooked in the oven. Delicious.

Locals use to (still some people do) have the traditional hot chocolate with an ensaimada on Christmas Eve after attending mass.
A walk in the old town
"Paella" at Sa Cranca. There should be a place for paella in any Project about food as long as Spain is involved.
Serving the paella
Sa Ximbomba. Here we had the traditional "Pa amb oli", the most popular dinner for mallorcans.
At “Sa Ximbomba”
The monastery of Lluc. If a mallorcan soul exists and it lives somewhere, that’s Lluc
The “blauets” singing. A choir of the best mallorcan children’s voices

Enjoying the same views so many celebrities have enjoyed at the Hotel Formentor

A Uigur woman eating snails! I can’t believe my eyes
We hope we managed to introduce you to some of our tradition and culture and that while tasting our dishes you got a bit close to the real Mallorca. The one that doesn’t show in the brochures. It was a pleasure to have you all. See you soon in Poland.
