4. The longest village in Milicz District, 8 km long. There are: shops and groceries, a baroque church, primary and secondary schools, a library, a culture centre, a health centre, a chemist’s, a post office, bus stops and a train station. BUKOWICE © MTJ

5. The village is built chain-like, the farms were situated along the main road which was in the bottom of the valley. Each farm was built by the road after cutting trees in the area which was prevoiusly a forest. Behind the field every farmer had his own piece of the forest. © MTJ
