This ensures we build personalized business relationships with our customers and other stakeholders QUALITY MANAGEMENT Because we operate across frontiers, our management systems are international in character hence we are certified to the internationally acclaimed ISO 9001 Quality Management System. TECHNOLOGY Internationally, through agency agreements, we are linked to a highly efficient international network by satellite link system, which offers electronic data interchange and cargo track and monitoring facility. In Zimbabwe, all our offices are fully computerized. We are among the pioneers to fully implement the ZIMRA DTI system which ensures higher efficiency in customs clearing and are positioned to implement any new systems required by ZIMRA and clients.

6 CUSTOMS CLEARING RATES
The price element of our service is carefully designed to afford our clients the lowest cost possible whilst ensuring a reasonable return on our investment. Our rates are tailor-made for individual suitability. FORWARDING RATES Due to the unpredictable nature of forwarding, rates obtained from shipping lines, road haulers, rail authorities and airlines, it is difficult to quote rates with accurate precision, hence our predilection to submit quotations against specific enquiries in an effort to minimize variances. CUSTOMS CLEARING RATES As an agent, we have direct control and influence of customs clearance charges, hence our offer of the preferential tariff, which could be further negotiated as volumes increase significantly.

8 MANAGEMENT PROFILE BEN MUKANDI (EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN)
Founder member and Chief Executive Officer. Vastly experienced, started shipping career in 1976 with Manica Zimbabwe. Moved to Casalee Cargo in 1984 as Airfreight Exports Manager. Appointed Operations Manager in 1986. 1988 appointed Operations Manager for international shipping company (AMI) headquartered in Belgium. Rejoined Casalee in 1990 as Operations Director. With the acquisition of the Casalee group by Manica, co founded Freight World as a subsidiary of TSL. Led and negotiated the MBO of Freight World from TSL group.

9 FELIX NYARUWANGA (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
Graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies Honors. Has been in the customs clearing and shipping industry for 16 years. Worked for the department of Customs and Excise for 3 years as senior examinations officer before joining the private sector. Has been with Freight World for 10 years rising through the ranks from Imports Controller to Operations Director in 2004. Very strong and versatile in Customs rules and regulations, valuation and tariff classification. Very good rapport with Freight World clients, suppliers and freight agents. Hands on operations person. Holder of a certificate of Finance for non finance managers with the University of Zimbabwe and a certificate of Supervisory management from Success Motivation Institute. Started career at Manica Freight in 1980 as Surface Imports Clearing Clerk, rose to the level of Channel Controller, transferred to airfreight division in 1983. Joined Casalee Cargo as Imports/Exports Manager in 1986 Promoted to Projects Manager and handled various major projects After sale of Casalee to Manica in 1992, rejoined Manica as Imports/Exports Manager Joined Freight World as Projects Manager in 1994 Promoted to Projects/Sales Manager then to Marketing Director in March 1999
