Saying ‘Allaa-hu-akbar’ is called takbeer-e-takreemah. It’s the first allaa-hu-akbar in the whole namaaz. Then put your left hand under your right hand with your fingers all together. For men you should fold your hands, so its just above your belly button or even on your belly button, and for women, you should fold your hands, so it is on the top part of your chest.

How gracious is my lord the great. For men you should bend over, so that your back is straight and you have to place your hands on your knees, making sure your fingers are apart. In ruku, you have to read “Subhana rabiyal Adheem”

9 Tasmee and qawmah  Qawmah: To stand up after rukoo.  Tasmee: To say sam-mi-’al-laa-hu-li- man-ha-mee-da.rab-ba-naa-la-kal- hamd.  Allah has listened to him who has praised him. O our lord! Praised be to you.
