Installed & set-up hardware from the 5th-7th Went live with Practice Management on 10th Pre-loaded EHR based on scheduled patients Rolled out e-Prescribing first Followed with other modules as trained Trained all staff on system during January Sporadic follow up in February Final training on template modification March 17 Documented visits utilizing all templates All doctors trained by early February

ON TARGET Meaningful Use Attestation Medicare EHR incentive Examined every criteria Dashboard and reports Used Clinical Quality Measures from PQRS Worked through Security Risk Assessment Created a remediation plan for deficiencies Reviewed the Medicare Attestation User guide Checked the EP Attestation Worksheet Received incentive funds in late July
