35. PSC Changes Call Center Hours In order to better meet the needs of the working hours of educators, the PSC recently changed its call center hours. Information Specialist will be available to receive calls on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except for state holidays. To speak with an Information Specialist, call 404-232-2500 or (800) 869-7775 outside the Metro Atlanta area. PSC offices continue to be open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
