5 QUESTIONNAIRE PROTOCOL 1.MMPD directors obtained student list with known contacts and retention/grade info from Dr. Stwalley 2.Directors were responsible for trying three time to reach each student on their list 3.For students that were reached, the directors read through the questions on a Qualtrics survey. Were there any other factors? Were you admitted to the first choice college at Purdue? Did you feel part of the Purdue community while you were here? Did you seek help or support from any offices/individuals while you were on campus? Did anyone reach out to you? (staff or professors) Were any of these people able to assist you? What were you most satisfied with or successful at while you were at Purdue? What was your average class load while at Purdue?- and -How many hours per week did you study? How many weekends did you stay on campus per month? - and - What took you away from campus when you left? (family matters, boy/girl friend, job off campus, etc) Knowing what you know now, what could you have done differently? - and - What could Purdue have done to assist you?. Are you attending school somewhere else? If yes, do you feel more successful there? Why? Are you planning to come back? - and - If yes, and there were financial difficulties mentioned - Do you have a financial plan to continue?
