Can take time off from clerkships/electives/selectives for exam 5/6/20155

No personal items allowed (leave in locker) Bring lunch, 1/2 hour for lunch May practice exam at Prometic for a fee 7 hour exam administered in 7 blocks of 50 questions Finite break time, you decide when to take it

Opportunities for switching order and/or site 36 weeks instruction 2 weeks winter break

16 October/November- Required Meetings with Advisors December 1 st – Deadline for submitting Scheduling Considerations Form June 2015 – Meeting during Transition Course to discuss scheduling blocks 1-3 of 4 th year December 18, 2015 – Required class meeting to discuss scheduling blocks 4-13 of 4 th year Scheduling Deadlines

17 3 rd Year Calendar 2015/2016 (dates tentative) EPIC (EMR) Training: April – June 2015 Required Transition Course: June 29 July 2, 2015 Clerkships start July 6 th 2015 Required Class Meeting December 18, 2015 Winter break: December 19 th 2015 to January 3 rd 2016 Third Year Clerkships end March 24, 2016
