2 Holiday of Miracles Campaign is a fundraising campaign to benefit Rady Children’s Hospital running throughout the holiday season. The program will run for 5 weeks, kicking off right before Black Friday (on November 22 nd ) and running through December 23 rd ! This comprehensive campaign consists of the following elements:  Miracle Merchants: San Diego businesses will be invited to get involved and sponsor a drive to retail program with proceeds benefiting Rady Children’s Hospital  Change for Miracles: San Diegans will be encouraged to collect their spare change to be donated for the miracles that are happening everyday at Rady Children’s Hospital  Making Miracles Happen: For two days (December 17 th & 18 th ), KyXy will broadcast live from Rady Children’s Hospital and highlight the miracles that are happening at Rady Children’s Hospital. Listeners will be encouraged to take a moment to make miracles happen by donating money during this time. Why the holiday season? There are two reasons CBS Radio and Rady Children’s Hospital chose to implement this important campaign during the holidays:  KyXy 96.5 is THE Holiday music station, and in fact has almost 900,000 listeners (6+) during this time!  Many donors donate at the end of the year to take advantage of tax deductions, and we want to make sure San Diegans know about the miracles that Rady Children’s Hospital makes happen every day! 3 As the presenting sponsor of the Holiday of Miracles Campaign, Cox Communications will be integrated into all campaign elements and receive extraordinary visibility on CBS Radio San Diego designed to drive brand recognition, awareness to Cox community initiatives, traffic to Cox.com for product information, as well as align Cox Communications alongside the Rady Children’s Hospital and CBS Radio San Diego brands that have a proven heritage synonymous with the success of fundraising. Exposure possibilities for Cox;  Cox Kids Foundation, lending Cox’s communications’ strength to Rady Children’s Hospital.  Cox Child/Internet Safety – Cox “Your Friends in the digital age”  Preventions of cyberbulling and sexting dangers  Parent/Child dialogue ideas  Managing your reputation online  Security and internet lingo  Cox Brand/Products: TV, Phone, Internet, Bundles, On Demand, Promotions etc. With this in mind, we are excited to present to Cox Communications ways they can join Rady Children’s Hospital, KyXy 96.5 and as we embark on the first annual Holiday of Miracles Campaign! 4 Miracle Merchants CBS Radio proposes that Cox Communications create a “Miracle Member” promotion to encourage San Diegans to become members of Rady Children’s Hospital “Miracle Merchants” during the holiday season. For each new member, Cox Communications will donate $x to Cox’s program of choice at Rady Children’s Hospital. Additionally, if current members open a new account during this promotional window they can “upgrade” to miracle members, and Cox Communications will donate $x to RCHSD. Each Miracle Member will receive name recognition and thank you in the permanent RCHSD Honoring Book that lives on the first floor of the Rose Pavilion. As a presenting Miracle Merchant, Cox Communications will receive the following promotional elements to support this campaign: On Air:  Inclusion in a minimum of two hundred Miracle Merchant promotional announcements communicating the miracle member opportunity on KyXy 96.5 and (100 per station.) Shared with up to two other Miracle Merchant Sponsors Miracle Member opportunity included in promotional announcement  Name inclusion as presenting sponsor in a minimum of one hundred (100) Holiday of Miracles promotional announcements on KyXy and (50 per station.)  One hundred (100) exclusive :60 second commercials on KyXy & (50 per station) Airing over five weeks and promoting the Miracle Members campaign benefitting Cox’s program of choice at Rady Children’s Hospital Full rotation throughout all dayparts, on both KyXy & x M-F 5:30A-7:30p 30x SA-SU 6A-8P 20x M-SU 5A-5A Presented by:

5 Miracle Merchants cont’d Online:  Name inclusion in a minimum of six hundred (600) online streaming promotional announcements on KyXy.com and RadioSophie.com (300 per station.)  Two hundred EXCLUSIVE (200) :60 second commercials on the CBS Radio Digital Network in San Diego (RadioSophie.com, KyXy.com, AOL Radio, and Yahoo Y MUSIC Launchcast.)  Banner ads on KyXy.com and RadioSophie.com, promoting the Miracle Member opportunity and recognizing Cox Communications as the presenting sponsor of the Holiday of Miracles Campaign  Inclusion as presenting sponsor in home page blog posts on KyXy.com and RadioSophie.com  Inclusion as presenting sponsor in three (3) KyXy KWiPS and Sophie Says E-newsletters sent to 38,000 opt in subscribers each week.  Exclusive e-blast to KyXy and subscribers  Listing on the Rady Children’s Hospital Web site  Inclusion in a Rady Children’s Hospital e-newsletter Onsite:  CBS Radio will work with Cox Communications to create posters for the Cox Center locations with information on the Miracle Member program (posters and POP materials can be distributed by CBS Radio.)  At the conclusion of the campaign, CBS Radio will create posters that list the Miracle Members to be posted in all of the Cox Center locations, welcoming the new Miracle Members! 6 Change for Miracles San Diegans will be encouraged to collect their spare change to be donated for the miracles happening at Rady Children’s Hospital. Cox Communications is invited to be a collection location, bag distribution location, or simply included as a presenting sponsor in the promotion that will be dedicated towards this piece of the Holiday of Miracles campaign. As the presenting sponsor of Change for Miracles, Cox Communications will receive the following promotional elements to support this campaign: On Air:  Inclusion in one hundred Change for Miracles promotional announcements communicating Cox Communications’s involvement in the program on KyXy 96.5 and (50 per station.)  Fifty (50) exclusive :30 second commercials on KyXy & communicating Cox Communications’s involvement in Change for Miracles (25 per station) Full rotation throughout all dayparts, on both KyXy & x M-F 5:30A-7:30p 20x SA-SU 6A-8P 10x M-SU 5A-5A Online:  Two hundred EXCLUSIVE (200) :60 second commercials on the CBS Radio Digital Network in San Diego (RadioSophie.com, KyXy.com, AOL Radio, and Yahoo Y MUSIC Launchcast)  Inclusion as presenting sponsor in two (2) KyXy KWiPS and Sophie Says E-newsletters sent to 38,000 opt in subscribers each week.  Listing on the Rady Children’s Hospital Web site  Inclusion in a Rady Children’s Hospital e-newsletter Additional Elements:  CBS Radio and RCHSD will create bags to distribute throughout the community, with Cox Communications listed as a presenting sponsor and collection location.  RCHSD will provide branded containers for distribution to participating Cox Center locationa to collect the change for miracles. 7 Making Miracles Happen (formerly known as the Radiothon) For two days (December 17 th & 18 th ), KyXy will broadcast live from Rady Children’s Hospital and highlight the miracles that are happening at Rady Children’s Hospital. Listeners will be encouraged to take a moment to make miracles happen by donating money during this time. As the presenting sponsor of Making Miracles Happen, Cox Communications will receive the following exposure:  Cox Communications Challenge: CBS Radio invites Cox Communications to challenge all Cox households in San Diego to join them in making miracles happen. This challenge will kick off on November 22 nd with an interview on the KyXy Morning Show with Sonny West and Susan DeVincent. At this time, Cox Communications will announce they have challenged their employees to get involved in giving to Cox’s program of choice for RCHSD. Cox Communications will then challenge other Cox households to join them. KyXy listeners will receive fundraising updates and be able to monitor the progress through the following elements: A fundraising tracker that will live on KyXy.com and receive ongoing updates Weekly blog posts on KyXy.com communicating how much has been raised by Cox Communications Weekly interviews with Sonny and Susan Check presentation during the Making Miracles Happen two day broadcast  Partner ID in a minimum of 40 live/recorded promos on KyXy 96.5 during the live broadcast, stating that the broadcast is “powered by Cox Communications.”  Two (2) Power Hours to be held as a matching hour during the Making Miracles Happen event to include 6x LIVE “brought to you by Cox Communications” announcements (could also be opportunity to tie in a dedication/ song request with certain donation level.) 8 Holiday of Miracles Campaign Wrap Up At the end of the campaign window, Cox Communications will be included in the promotional support put towards educating San Diegans what THEY did to make miracles happen for the kids at Rady Children’s Hospital! Elements will include, but are not limited to the following:  PSA’s running on both KyXy and  blast sent to listeners thanking them for supporting our Miracle Merchants and sharing the results of the campaign.  DJ chatter about the huge success of the campaign, thanking our sponsors and listeners  Blog posts on KyXy.com and RadioSophie.com Presented by:
